Just to be clear.  I do not 'hate' folks with gender confusion.  I do however think that folks manifesting such issues overtly are bad for unit cohesion.  Regarding 'gays',  one of the finest COs I've known was gay, quietly, as have been many courageous corpsmen.  WRT transgenders, providing folks who, as a group, are 40% suicidal, with hand grenades and machine guns places troops at risk.
