Once upon a time I worked for a real war hero. A WWII ace.
His name was Melvin Paisley.
P-47 pilot, technology guru, friend of John Lehman, he was at the center of the biggest corruption case in Pentagon history.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melvyn_R._Paisley
Beyond managing contracts getting awarded to Israeli (our 'special friend'(1)) companies there was more, but his conviction was sufficient for jail time.
Also throwing his weight around at that time I was assigned to DC was hero Navy jet ace Randy Cunningham, who also went to jail. http://acepilots.com/vietnam/cunningham.html.
And, of course, for decades we had the pleasure of seeing POW hero John McCain in office. He of the soft coup 'russian collusion' hoax.
So, demonstrably, men who were heroic in combat seem no more immune to political corruption than Viet Nam era dopers once holding public office.
And make no mistake, party make no difference,

In DC today the swamp is a uniparty.
One party, one truth (on COVID, election theft, open border, etc...), ein reich? (2)
So, along that line, whatever he was in uniform, Texas Representative Crenshaw is already demonstrably just another uniparty hack, and appears ripe for corruption.
Despite the views of his constituents he's firmly adopted the uniparty line.
Dems didn't steal election? Really? Just ignore the curves when the count centers were 'closed', the video of ballots passed thru tabulators multiple times ...

Can he help citizens who were present at the FBI's January 6 Reischstag Fire and now held in conditions worse than GITMO?
Nope. Not a uniparty priority.

The people who presumably voted for him are being painted as 'terrorists' by his Democrat colleges in Washington

and he's playing right along.
Waste of space at best. Vote him out!
