Unfortunately the US has been unable to discard the compromised systems we use in our elections. The systems we use were purpose built to manipulate election results, not faithfully facilitate them.
The speaker here is someone very like the Navy cryptologic specialists I worked with, and flew with, a number of times in my career. She was finally disgusted with many things she had done when working for Brennan and has had a challenging life since.
