Range time

Another month, another qual shoot.   I shoot the FBI course with the Walther, the Navy Qual with the snubby.

This month the Walther.

Update - yes, I scanned an earlier score sheet.  The sheet associated with the course filmed is added at the end.

  1. Yeah, thanks. Been shooting this course for about a year. The PPS is freaky accurate with the 90gr CORBON but I shoot the qual with ball. Looking at the vids 2 things come to mind: I shot the stage with the reload from the holster - it's supposed to be shot from the ready and I still beat the time, and, I am happy with my finger discipline when reholstering. I've shot 100s, so, I think I've got that down now. The Navy course, written for an M9, with the 5 shot snubby is prrobably more challenging. When I'm not shooting a qual I am using the .22 PPK on steel and moving when I shoot. Glad to have a range that supports real training.

    1. err, 6 shot snubby. I just can''t reload the 5 shot quick enough to make expert or even sharp shooter on the Navy course.
