The photograph of Epstein's neck indicates he did not hang himself with a sheet. Clear narrow lines. Not sloped upward from from front to back as in a hanging. The sheets are designed to be unable to support weight. The bone fracture is more indicative of strangulation. To me looks like a wire garotte that was adjusted in a struggle.
