Monster.  Paid for "gain of function" research.  Moved it to Wuhan when banned in the US as too dangerous - thus providing it to the PLA.  Worked to see ivermectin and HCQ/Zinc were painted as poison to protect the "Emergency Use Authorization" for his dammed genetic mutilation formula.
