Looking at the map it makes no sense that Haitians will be coming in waves to the US.
The DR, Jamaica, the Turks, Cuba, even Puerto Rico are closer. None the less, the draw of free stuff and their easy employment as political weapons by the neo-marxists makes advocacy by some on the hill for their arrival seem likely.

Given the open land border and the MILLIONS of illegals ALREADY here - with the attendant disease, crime, drugs, poverty they've brought - it is time to CLOSE our borders and defend them with all the force necessary to defend what's left of this republic. Our Navy, instead of wasting money in the Red Sea, should be daisy chaining ships from Corpus Christi and San Diego assisting in the mandatory return of many millions of our uninvited guests to their homelands.
