First, I'd like readers to review the assessment of the situation I did in July 2023..

Right now I'm believing Bibi launched his attack not based on some intel that Iran was about to achieve a 'breakthrough' in their (domestic) nuclear weapons program.   The primary motivator was his assessment that the influence of the Israeli lobby, and his collaborators within the US Deep State, was disappearing.  If he was to have any chance of getting America directly involved in killing Iranians for him it was better now than later.

The intelligence assessment provided to congress by Tulsi is in stark contrast to Bibi's propaganda which, unfortunately, Trump is parroting ( https://www.cnn.com/2025/06/17/politics/video/trump-gabbard-iran-nuclear-weapons-collins-digvid ).  Neither adequately reflects reality.

End of game, the most likely winner is China.  Reconstruction of Iran by China  (who else?) will greatly improve their relations with an oil rich nation - the piece they want most. If they are seen as munificently preventing the delivery of nukes to Iran by North Korea they will keep Israel on leash as a reliable source of critical US military technology secrets and shared dirt on US pols (thanks Epstein and friends).     

If indeed a couple of Iranian paid for nukes leak out of North Korea, some for missiles to strike Israel, some on tuna boats bound for US ports ...

China win again.  Israel was a throw away compared with the damage that would do to the US.

Hmmm ... did Xi play Bibi - perhaps some fake 'intel' which precipitated this?

Republicans on Fox News like to ask "who was running the White House" while Biden was in office.  Right now it's a real question - how much of the US government does Donald Trump control?

Deep Staters Mike Pompao and Lindsey Graham were in Ukraine just before that country widened it's attacks on Russia preventing peace talks Trump was working towards.  

Deep State is NOT under control.

Bibi and Deep State are doing all they can to get US sons to die for Israel.  Is our State Department and DOD under control?

 First, I hold no particular animus towards jews or moslems.  I've worked with, and for, both on occasion - happily in most cases.  That said, I am tired of hearing the nation of Israel referred to as our "special friend", or deluded Americans say we must support Israel.  Truth is, the nation of Israel, the intelligence services of Israel, and it's leaders have treated the United States as a crack whore since inception and the deception of the Israeli lobby has negatively impacted the United States since the zionist movement in the early 1900s. 

I've mentioned this in the past but, to remind of even some of the history:

American military support for Israel was in large part contingent on Israel not developing nuclear weapons.  They stole the uranium to build their first bombs from us, and for decades paid off or blackmailed US politicians to ignore the truth and keep the cash coming ...  I read in this morning's news -

and wonder ... why?  

Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu dictated when to strike.  This is of his making.  Deep State and the Israeli lobby wanted Trump to join Israel in attacking Iran earlier this year.  Given that is NOT in America's best interest Trump wisely said no. (1)  (The back story on that has to be interesting, a President not subject to blackmail by either Deep State or Israel is a blessing indeed.)  

So, why now?  I can only guess Bibi is watching Deep State's power and the influence of the Israeli lobby wane in the US and struck before getting the US to commit on his behalf was unlikely.

What next?  We'll see.  Consequences may be dire.  For example, should Iran nuke Tel Aviv the number of gay bars in the Mediterranean would be cut by half (2).
