Oh, by the way, the FBI under Clinton began to clump Hispanic into "white" - unlike NYPD (source of statistics used above) - so the disparity would look less amazing.

With the FBI a Hispanic can be the victim of a "hate crime" - but is counted as "white" if he commits one!
